Protesters marched the streets of the City Centre for Glasgow’s annual reclaim the night on November 25 demanding justice for victims of rape and sexual assaults.
This year’s theme was intersectionality. Demonstrators marched with glow sticks, torches, banners and drums, chanting for streets to be made safer in their city.
Donations for Glasgow Rape Crisis were made available during the march, leading to a total sum of £257.27 being raised over the course of the evening.
The protest which began at Glasgow Green Park at half six ended at Strathclyde Student’s association at eight where they heard from a various speakers on the serious matter of sexual violence.
